Drafting Process
Drafting can take 5 working days or can me fast tracked(contact us if required) Once the AutoCad drawing have been finalized and all the amendments have be included its ready for submission.
Submission Process
Submission with your local council is approx 8 weeks in total. You would require a 1:1250 plan from your local council. We over the cheapest rate for planning only applications in the West Midlands Area. We can offer our customers to keep there AutoCad drawings.
